I opened Telecom Easy on Ayodhyapuri Main Road in 2001. Most phones that came in had a keypad and an antenna, and a repair usually meant a charging pin or a cracked screen.
Twenty-five years later the phones are thinner and the parts are smaller, but the work is the same: open it carefully, find the real fault, and tell the customer honestly what it needs.
People kept asking me to teach them, so we started classes at the same bench. That is Easy Academy today: real phones, and 100% practical work from the first day.
Telecom Easy is now Easy Tech Labs, with two offerings, Easy Academy and Easy Mobile Services. Same road, same bench, same number.
