    You tell us what happened. We write it on a job card with your number.

    We test the board, battery and parts until we know exactly what is wrong.

Do I need to book?

No. Walk in from 9 AM. Sending the job card first just means we know your phone and can keep the part ready.

Will I know the price first?

Yes. We check the phone, then send the price on WhatsApp. Nothing is changed until you say yes.

Original or compatible parts?

Both, where they exist for your model. We tell you which one you are getting and the price of each.

How long does a repair take?

Screen, battery and charging-port jobs are often ready the same day. Board and water-damage work takes longer, and we tell you when to collect it.

Is my data safe?

Most repairs need no password, and we never reset a phone without asking you first.

Do you repair laptops?

Yes, laptop repair has been on our signboard for years. Call to ask about your model.
